All systems have been engineered & tested to withstand the most extreme Australian weather, and for the last 18 years have proved they will stand the test of time no matter what the conditions.

D.I.25 Cassette panel system
This system was developed & engineered by Craft Metals for ARC Roofing, to enable the company to install large panels, in any material from the top of the building down, to assist with the construction program of the builder.

Astro Seam Cladding System
Astro Snap Lock Cladding Systems are roll-formed seam profile, cut to length to suit the roof elevation.
Astro also suits wall cladding applications.
The minimum roof pitch 1.5° possible due to the elimination of cross joints and the height of the roof seam is 38mm.

Double Standing Seam
The double standing seam is a way of connecting roof sheets, which is hundreds of years old from Europe.
the seam is water tight and can also be folded & curved to different architectural designs.
This is the most common roof seam used with zinc, copper & aluminium

Angle standing Seam (Vertical)
An Angle standing seam facade is a roofing system, installed on the wall in a vertical, diagonal or horizontal orientation
The seam is at an angle in cross section opposed to a fully closed roof seam.

V25 Cassette Panel System
The Rheinzink V25 reveal panel can range from 200 to 375 mm in height and length can go up to 3000 mm, for greater lengths contact our office.
The panel depth is 25 mm, the joint width can vary between 1 to 30 mm. The panel does not require fully supported decking, it can directly to a secondary sub-structure in form of galvanized top-head sections which run perpendicular to the facade joint line.
The panels can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

H25 Cassette Panel System
H25 is a recessed panel system, indirectly fixed and horizontally orientated with a panel depth of 25 mm using a specially developed mounting profile that allows the panel to freely float and compensate for expansion and contraction due to thermal movement. Material thickness 1.5 mm. Panels sizes up to 900 mm in height and 3 m in width are possible
