ARC has been awarded with the façade
cladding for the Jade Apartments in Surfers Paradise. A
feature wall over 15 floors, 15 pools and 15 apartments will
be clad in TECU Gold, a new copper alloy used for the first
time in Australia.
Our involvement starts as early as shop and construction
drawings followed by the steel substructure. The 55 Meter high
structure is being manufactured and clad off-site to minimise
interference with other trades. Element by element is
fabricated to precision and clad with customised TECU Gold
panels. Special transports carry each element to the building
site, where our team of Engineers and skilled installers are
assembling and fixing each element on the object.
