The main body of the work was the upper roofs which were clad in corrugated Copper 0.7mm copper from KME in Germany.
The remainder of the lower awnings & roofs were clad in double standing seams using 0.6mm Copper from KME.
The double standing seam roofs were a very complex design as ARC eliminated all valleys & hip flashings and tapered all roof sheets in these areas.
The entire box gutter system was also a challenge with such a complex roof structure.
Multiple 150mm diameter downpipes were used to ensure there was adequate flow rate from the roofs to the storage tanks.
