Copper Roof Pirrama Park
designed by Hill Thalis, the redevelopment of this area into public space won the architectural team the prestigious Walter Burley Griffin award for urban design.
ARC was engaged by the architects in the planning stage to assist with the design of the copper roof, box gutters as well as the recessed chute to the steel columns. rather than use traditional down pipes, the roof discharges into the top of the angled steel columns that are clad in a flat lock copper panel.
