Garland 77 - Victoria Park
ARC have worked on the design of this project with the developer & architect since 2009 and are proud to announce the completion of this amazing project.
Built over 8 levels the 63 apartments are clad with a Golden façade, comprising of anodised aluminium panels fixed to an extruded sub frame.
Each balcony has operable sliding sun screens to give relief from the sun and reduce solar gain.
Great architecture by Collins & Turner delivered a unique development.
The 3 colours of gold were chose for the panels and this was supported by the charcoal ground floor panels.
