The roof design was very difficult in the sense that there would be traditionally many hips & valleys as well as a ridge to the roof cladding.
We decided to offer a design to eliminate the ridge capping, and stretch or compress the copper seams through the hips & valleys to create a far more aesthetic result.
The wall cladding also change direction and the fascia cladding twisted out of plumb across its length.
The roof & facade was entirely hand crafted by ARC’s Raoul Scmidt. Well done.
