This project eventuated at a time of escalating commodity prices, so to meet budget requirements ARC installed a Colorbond steel system rolled to look like a double standing seam Rheinzink roof system.
This system is called Australian Seam Tech ROofing or ASTRO for short.
Colorbond was also used for the V25 wall cladding panels, flashings & rain water goods
