Rheinzink Pre weathered cladding to the columns, wall cladding, soffit & top roof cladding.
Lining up the steel columns above each balcony was a challenge, especially at the corners and folding the very acute angles to the zinc fins at the blade walls was a very difficult procedure in the factory.
The soffit steel structure was designed in a way that allowed the frame to move up & down to accommodate the twist in the soffit, which tapered across the width.
