Following the Jade apartments on the Gold Coast, ARC was invited to tender on the Sienna apartments in point Piper.
Extensive use of copper to the fascias in angle seams, parapet capping & balcony roofs in double standing seams as well as the wall cladding in copper H25 cassette panel system.
ARC also managed the structural steel package to the curved balcony roofs, and the copper clad lift shaft.
Other interesting items included, copper mesh planter box cladding, copper louvres, as well as 5metre copper clad feature to the entry that was shaped like a leaf.
