Rheinzink was the specified material for this project, and ARC found ourselves in a position tendering against 2 other companys, one company in Canada, one in Australia, for the installation of the Rheinzink package.
After meeting the clients and owners of the island, ARC were pleased to learn that they were awarded the roofing package.
Our most experienced installers set up a temporary production factory on the island with tools & machinery shipped to site, to enable onsite fabrication over 4-6 month period.
Shipping & logistics were also a very difficult factor in this project, as well as the humidity & heat for the installation team. Fishing, snorkelling & rest and relaxation on a Sunday brought relief from the Fijian climate. A once in a life time project!!
