Zinc façade, Darling Island.
Built in 2004, the 2 apartment buildings were a re-development site on the wharf near the casino in Sydney.
In all there was 65 tonnes of 1.5mm Rheinzink pre-weathered installed to the 5 storey façade.
ARC managed the structural steel sub-frame made fro 100mm*50mm RHS fixed & packed off the primary structure.
The ARC D.I.25 cassette Panel system allowed the façade to be installed from the top down to minimise the builders scaffold hire.
